FAQs

What kind of payment is accepted and how can I pay?

You can pay for our courses through the online portal using most credit or debit cards.

You can also use BSP Mobile Banking (merchant code 73995).

Once you have made payment using the banking details, please send us a copy of your remittance to info@pdti.com.pg and/ or accounts@pdti.com.pg so we can reconcile our records with your payment and the team will then send you the links to access your courses.

The course I need isn't listed. What other courses will be available soon?

We are always open to new course ideas and/or to building customised training for organisations. Contact our team at info@pdti.com.pg with your ideas.

What certification or accreditation will I receive?

PDTI is an NTC (National Training Council) accredited training provider. On completion of our courses you will receive a downloadable certificate immediately. You may request to receive a printed PDTI certificate once you have completed the course from info@pdti.com.pg. 

I haven't received the verification link for the account I set up.

How long does the training take?

Course duration varies by course and is listed in each course description. Most courses take between 1-4 hours to complete.

How will I be able to access the course?

You will be emailed a link to the email used in the check-out process that will take you to PDTI's EasyGenerator Online Training Portal. You will be asked to sign in with the student credentials that are provided to you by a PDTI staff member by email shortly after you pay for your course. Once you sign in, your course will automatically begin. 

You can use any smartphone or computer with 3G internet connection or better. Our courses were designed to operate in low connectivity areas to ensure access for students across PNG. 

I've paid for the course. Now what?

Once you have paid for the course, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. Within 24hrs (usually within 1-2 hours during business hours in PNG), you will be emailed a personalised link to your course by our PDTI team. 

It has been over 24hrs and I still haven't received a link to my course. What do I do?

If you have not received a link, first, please double check that you are using the same email address provided when you paid for the course. If it is, then check your Spam or Junk folders in case it has gone there. If you still cannot find the link, please contact info@pdti.com.pg and our friendly staff will assist you.

Are the courses difficult?

Courses vary in difficulty, but if you proceed through the course carefully, you should be able to successfully complete the course.
