Course Description
This course is designed to teach you the critical tools, behaviours, and skills to assist you in becoming effective leaders across your organisations and amongst your peers in Papua New Guinea.
The course details the critical approaches to individual career development, team cohesiveness and overall leadership methods. At the conclusion of this course you will have a detailed understanding of what leadership is, leadership styles and how to lead teams effectively along with an understanding of how to delegate and mentor staff.
